We appreciate that it is a particularly difficult time for all and understand that both families and businesses have had to take extraordinary steps to ensure everyone stays safe.
Our continuous investment in technology enables all of our people to work remotely and client interaction is therefore unaffected. Your usual contacts are available via email and phone as usual but will be swapping face to face meetings and visits for conference calls and web meetings until further notice.
We’ve have had lots of questions about cover, claims, premium payment terms and changes to business circumstances and activities. Whilst all are influenced by a common cause, each client’s needs are unique, so please get in touch if you wish to discuss anything.
